Jacob Ouslander

Jacob Ouslander is an Assistant People’s Counsel with the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel, and appears on behalf of residential utility customers in various proceedings before State and Federal regulatory agencies. He has worked extensively on dockets before the Maryland Public Service Commission involving low-income energy assistance, grid reliability, and the implementation of Maryland’s community solar program.

Prior to joining the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel, Jacob served as a Staff Attorney with the Maryland Legal Aid Bureau’s Housing and Consumer Law unit.

Jacob holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
