Dana Sleeper


A native of Maine and a GWU graduate, Dana Sleeper’s most recent roles include Senior Associate at Hanover Research and Executive Director at the Binaytara Foundation. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of MDV-SEIA, Dana works with Energy Administrations, County Government Officials, Legislators, Fire Marshals, and other key players in the energy industry to represent member interests.


Dana was elected to the national SEIA Board of Directors in 2013 by a vote of the 15 SEIA affiliates from around the country. She also serves as Committee Sponsorship Chair for the Ralph Verde Foundation, a non-profit that provides need-based scholarships to high school students.
